Leadership

Kenneth M. Lang, Ph.D., MBA, PMP

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Kenneth Lang provides the overall corporate vision and strategy for the company. Kenn’s leadership was instrumental in leading the company’s transformation strategies and development of numerous innovative technology-insertion efforts and inclusion of analytic methodologies, resulting in an expansion of the company’s capabilities, including enhanced offerings in the areas of intelligence and AI/ML support.

Kenn brings 30+ years of experience as a senior leader in all aspects of software / systems engineering, software design and development, IT project management, intelligence operations, cybersecurity, analytics and AI with significant experience leading numerous IT projects in support of US Joint Forces Command, US Air Force, and Air Combat Command (ACC). He holds a Ph.D. in Business IT from Northcentral University, an MBA in Science and Business Administration from Boston University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Economics from the United States Air Force Academy.

Elsa Lively

Director of Defense and Intelligence Programs

Elsa Lively is the Director of Defense and Intelligence Programs at York & Whiting and has been with the company since 2020. Her role is focused on business development, working with strategic teaming partners and Y&W’s Joint Ventures, and project/program management of existing contracts.

Prior to Y&W, Elsa was at FTC, a leading IT solutions and services provider that delivers Next-Gen digital transformation services to the federal government, where she was responsible for project and contract management support for DoD and Intel customers. Ms. Lively holds a Master’s degree from James Madison University in political science, with a specialization in foreign affairs and internal security, as well as a Bachelor’s in political science from Arcadia University.
